start with the development of your floor plan, and
proceed through preliminary plans to final home plan
drawings. Home plan drawings include exterior
elevations and foundation drawings; however, we do
not engineer foundations or adjust specs to local
soil conditions. Design costs are charged at our
$55/hour design fee. We estimate the average cost
per square foot for a custom designed and built
timber frame home will be $60-75 per square foot of
timber framed space. |
