its slow recovery.
Bonnie Pickartz tells us, "Goshen Timber Frames is pleased to once again receive this
award. We continue to work closely with our clients to develop award winning plans that
integrate function, style, and budget. This is no easy task, but we are dedicated to bringing it all
together seamlessly. However, it's a team effort and the homeowners and Mike Welch Builders
completed the team that brought this project together. "
Local builder Mike Welch was instrumental in building a home that exceeded the
homeowners' expectations. His commitment to quality materials and craftsmanship make this
home a showplace. "We are honored to have been part of the team that built this amazing home
and to continue a family tradition of building exceptional homes in the Western North Carolina,"
states Mike.
