The Baltimore - 1,896 sq. ft.

This home speaks of simplicity and sunshine.   Live simply on the first floor and enjoy the sunshine winter and summer in the comfortable sunroom.

The Bandon - 1,053 sq. ft. / 1,710 sq. ft. with  basement

This home is a great cabin, starter home, or home for downsizing.   The first floor is open for living and entertaining, the second an open master.  What a great home for two.

The Bellewood - 1,593 sq. ft. / 3,095 sq. ft. with basement
